We aim to meet the specified time scales for all our UK and International Delivery services, however during busy periods including Sale, please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer.

Deliveries will be made within 2 to 5 working days after payment has been made (this excludes Sundays).

The cost of UK and International Delivery we be clearly available when on check out

Sorry but we areunable to deliver on Bank Holidays – please allow an extra working day for orders sent by UK  Delivery during UK Bank Holidays.

We use Collectplus/Royal mail for UK deliveries, Tracking Numbers will be provided your order will be delivered between 9am and 7pm and will require a signature on receipt.

For security purposes, all new and online card customers must have their first order delivered to their home address. Once you have placed your order with us, we are unable to change any of the information you have given us If there is no-one to sign for your delivery, you will be left a card from either our courier or the Post Office inviting you to re-arrange delivery.

International delivery service

We delivery to over 100 countries we deliver to along with associated delivery times and costs Charges Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price.  These charges are the buyer s responsibility. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be priorto buying

Door-to-door delivery may not be available in certain destinations certain limitations may apply.
